wandow is a dog. Move your cursor close. Watch what happens. That's it. That's the app. wandow sits quietly at the edge of your screen — out of the way, but always around. He reacts when your cursor gets close. He jumps every 30 minutes, for no particular reason. He doesn't ask for anything.
