Thanks for playing Warmasters. This update fixes a number of issues found since launch. BATTLES • A unit in a tower no longer also counts as standing in a shield wall. It was collecting both bonuses. • A spell you cast now stays on screen long enough to read what it did. • Armies deploy across their whole zone instead of bunching into the rear column. • Rematch now restarts the battle instead of doing nothing. SCREEN AND CONTROLS • The controls in the corner of the battlefield stay in their corner instead of dropping underneath the unit panel. • The action bar sits lower on phones, giving back a strip of the board. • Unit information steps aside during a battle cutscene, so nothing stands over the fight. • The round banner no longer repeats what the top bar already says. It speaks up on the final round and stays quiet otherwise. • The settings button is properly centred. ARMIES AND SOUND • Every army is called by its name throughout. • An army fighting under its own colours and its own name now sounds its own victory horn. ELSEWHERE • The launch screen no longer shows white before the game appears. • The tutorial's first lesson now points at something that is actually on screen.
