Professional events managed end to end on one platform, from registration to follow-up. Attendees see who is coming and plan their meetings in advance.
WarmBreak is an event platform that digitizes professional events organized by institutions, end to end, from registration to follow-up. Attendees see who is coming before the event and plan their meetings in advance. A recommendation engine that learns from attendance history suggests the right people and the right events to each user.
Registration, the attendee list, speakers and the agenda are in one app; there is no need to download a separate app for each event.
BEFORE THE EVENT
• Register for public events, apply to approval-based events and join by invitation, all in one place.
• After registering, the attendee list becomes visible. The list is open only to registered attendees and contains no contact details.
• Send a meeting request to the person you want to meet. Accepted meetings are added to both agendas.
• Sessions of registered events and accepted meetings are combined in a single agenda.
DURING THE EVENT
• Follow the agenda and speakers on your phone.
• Show your ticket QR code at the entrance.
• Exchange business cards by QR code. The exchange completes only when both sides confirm; no information is shared without the user's consent.
AFTER THE EVENT
• The people you met are kept in your digital wallet, together with the event where you met.
• Add notes to contacts and set follow-up reminders.
• Export the wallet as CSV or vCard at any time.
PERSONALIZED EVENT RECOMMENDATIONS
The recommendation engine evaluates attendance history to suggest new events and shows the reason behind each suggestion. Recommendations become more accurate with every event attended.
NOTIFICATIONS
Invitations, meeting requests, card exchanges and changes to registered events are delivered as notifications.
PRIVACY
• Business card exchange always requires the consent of both sides.
• Only registered attendees can see the attendee list; contact details are never shown in the list.
• User data is never sold to sponsors.
• Users can block people and report inappropriate content.
• Accounts can be deleted from within the app.
FOR ORGANIZING INSTITUTIONS
On WarmBreak, events are created by institutions. With an organization account, registrations, applications, invitations and QR check-in at the entrance can also be managed from a phone. Institutions that would like to run their event on WarmBreak can reach us through the "Organize your event with us" section in the app.
WarmBreak is available in Turkish and English, with light and dark themes.
You must be at least 16 years old to use WarmBreak.
