WashClub offers the most convenient on-demand, door-to-door laundry and Eco-friendly dry cleaning service. Your laundry is delivered within 24-hours. We also offer same-day service for wash and fold only; pick up in the morning, delivery in the evening!

Unlike our competitors that have your items cleaned at local partners, WashClub does all work in-house and on-premises! This allows us to offer superior quality control when compared to our competitors.

WashClub services all five boroughs of New York City; including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island, as well as Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Francisco Bay Area, Lehigh Valley, Tampa Bay, Miami, Chicago, Akron, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., New Jersey, Denver, Oklahoma City, with new locations opening in the future as well.


1. Start by scheduling a pick up using our iPhone or iPad app. Simply add items to your shopping cart, add any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window, and that's it! You can list special care instructions for each and every item you add to your shopping cart should you desire. Have delicate items that you don't want dried? No problem! Do you want fabric softener on your towels only? No problem! Whatever you want, just let us know, we've got you covered.

2. Next, you will receive a text message and email notification when a WashClub driver is on their way for pick up and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Not only will you receive notification, you can track your WashClub driver's process on Google Maps in real-time, block-by-block. WashClub saves you time.

WashClub will pick up directly from you at your door, your doorman if available, or anywhere on your property. Simply let us know where your bag(s) will be, it's that simple.

3. Back at our facility, every customer's laundry and dry cleaning is looked after separately and diligently by our team of specialists, which take great care to preserve the quality of your garments and other items. Our sophisticated order processing system alerts our team of any special instructions you noted when placing your order. All garments and other items are handled with care.

Upon completion of your order, our team will pack your clean laundry in a WashClub laundry bag, which we provide for free. Dry cleaning is pressed and hung accordingly, just the way you're used to it. We are proud to offer Eco-friendly non-toxic GreenEarth® dry cleaning.

4. The delivery process is similar to pick up. You will receive a text message and email notification when a WashClub driver is on their way for delivery and within approximately thirty-minutes or less from your location. Your laundry will arrive neatly folded and clean, with all items ready to return to their familiar space in your home.

Bad business management

I placed and order for pickup and even called in to ask questions that wasn’t answered online or the site. Rearranged my schedule to be available for the pickup window only for no one to show up. I called multiple times with no answer finally I get a call back at 7:00 pm saying you’ve called us like 5 or 6 times.. (uh yes because you’re supposed to be providing a service) the owner goes on to say oh we wouldn’t have been able to get to you anyway and I have checked for any orders today and plus the delivery guy car was messed up ..... and then says oh no and even if we got to you today we wouldn’t have it back in the time that we guaranteed anyway.... so as the owner you didn’t check for new customers...you didn’t think to reach out to customer to alert them and to top it off you have a whole list of excuses for why you’re not ready to run your business effectively... THANKS FOR WASTED TIME AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE!!! Please use other vendors this one is not ready!

Rocky start quality service

The first order I placed was 2 days late getting back to me but I’d still go with 5 stars. Within 12 hours of the missed delivery window the manager got in touch with me. Once they’d located and returned my order they refunded the whole order. Other services I’ve used would give a $5 credit for that sort of delay.

I gave them a second try after that, and a third, and both times have been without issue or delay. These laundry apps are not without human mistakes but they did what they could to make things right.

My only complaint is with the person I spoke to initially when my order never showed. He wasn’t able to assist me and said he’d “get back to me in 30 minutes” and didn’t. It would have been comforting to have a bit more clarity earlier.

Terrible Service

I called them to confirm they can wash my rug. They told me that once they receive the rug they can give me an exact price for dry cleaning. They called me the next day to give me a quote and they said that it would be delivered the following day. When delivery didn't arrive I called them. They told me that they haven't cleaned my rug and that they gave me the wrong price yet they never called me and I waited around for four hours for the delivery of my rug that wasn't even cleaned in first place. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me they would call me back with a price instead of letting me speak with someone else. So the day after my rug was supposed to be delivered I still have no rug, I still have no quote, and I still haven't spoken to the manager.
