A healthy yard needs less water than you may think. Water My Yard provides weekly watering recommendations customized for your local area and your irrigation system. Notifications include the amount of water needed, how long to run your irrigation system in minutes, and whether there are local watering restrictions in place. Limited service areas are available. Please visit watermyyard.org to determine if your area is available. Water My Yard is a program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service conducted in collaboration with cities, water utilities, and water districts.

It’s Ok

The navigation is a little confusing, but you get used to it. One issue I have is that it is based on a weather station twenty miles away that clearly is wrong or outdated. There is no reason to water right now, and it is telling me to run for 74min. That is crazy talk!

Useful but UX needs bit more improvement

It works. But the menu and water recommendations switching views needs to be refined, kind of rough navigation on iOS

Great app!

Easy to use, provides more than just watering recommendations. I like being able to input my own rainfall amounts.
