Some recommendations for this wonderful app
I will like to start by saying how much I love this app!!! It is a must for a dental office!!! I highly recommend it to all my dental friends. I not only can see my schedule from the facility of my cellphone, I can also hear the recordings of the front desk phone calls to review and give feed back to staff members. I can also see how many phone calls front desk is making daily daily. App reminds you Pts birthdays and when you text patients from your cellphone your personal number doesn’t get shared, only the office number.
My recommendations: Please make the app able to rotate. I use it not only on my cellphone but in my iPad and it doesn’t rotate with device, it stays vertical and its very annoying. Please also make the phone call recordings able to play on AirPods or any headphone device, so its more private when listening to the recorded conversations of pts.
Down the road it would be nice if xrays of Pts and charts can be seen as well.

Weave works well most of the time. I haven’t had any problems with the phone app. It’s nice to be able to forward calls to remote staff.
Weave itself has let us down on some occasions. It has been known to mess up patient notifications on several occasions. One day it just apparently sent everyone who had glasses on order notification that they were ready for pick up. We found out when a patient who had just ordered his was notified that they were ready. Others came in to pick up only to find out they weren’t in yet. 😖 That was just the most recent notification snafoo. It’s happened other times.

Update: they have fixed our issue. I do love the features, flexibility, and technology Weave has provided our office. Particularly during our COVID closure and reopening, it has been invaluable. We’ve had some crash and technical issues that makes me think they roll out updates before fully working out glitches. That’s the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars. But when it’s working well, it’s a game changer!
