The biggest feature I was most interested in is the ability to call patients from my phone using the Weave app. Unfortunately this only works about 1 out of 20 times.
Better than anything else
I opened my new pediatric dentistry practice in January of 2017 and has had Weave coupled with Open Dental from the start. Although at times the app can be a little glitchy, I have not experienced any problems that would cause me to want to switch to another service provider. We’ve tried Solutionreach and Lighthouse 360 and are sticking with Weave. It’s a great tool and we have enjoyed it very much.
Good but can’t call from my iPhone
I like the abilities that the uphill supposed to have. However, the feature I wanted most was to be able to call the patients from my phone and look like it’s coming from my office. I cannot seem to get this feature to work. I have contacted Weave and no one seems to be able to help me. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully someone will reach out to me so we can fix this.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
