حجزت سياره عن طريق التطبيق في مطار احد المدن
ولما وصلت لم اجد السيارة وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء افاد بالانتظار حتى تتوفر سيارة بديلة بعد ساعتين ولم يتم التعويض عن سوء الخدمة

الابليكشن سيء حجزت من يوم قبله ولمن جا موعد استلام السيارة الغى الحجز ولمن كلمت خدمه العملاء مو دارين السبب وحطوها لان لازم اغير الوظيفة ؟ ايش دخل طيب ليش ما الغى من امس وليش استكمل إجراءات
وخصم واصلا خانه الوظيفة لا تعمل ما اقدر اغيرها

شركة لاتحترم زبائنها صارلي معهم اكثر من مشكله ولاسوو اي شي اخذو مني فلوس وجحدوني فيها تعامل سيء جدا انا عميل عندهم ونصح بشده عدم التعامل معهم لان والله انهم كرهوني نفسي
