The new update won’t take in my body fat, my bmi, water weight, etc. and I have to type in my weight but it doesn’t show my body fat and other things for no reason. This is why I am giving this a three star review (for now). Once y’all get a better updated, I will give it a five star. Plus I called customer support and nobody answered the phone. So unprofessional. 😡

This displays everything the scale does and I especially like to see the plot chart to see how my numbers are trending. Sometimes though connecting to Bluetooth is a little flaky. It’s gotten better with the last versions though. I would REALLY like to see an Apple Watch version developed! That would be very handy for me.
Weighed this morning than went to the app. It’s changed and I do NOT like it. You have to drill down in the history in order to see the items other than your weight. It used to all be on one screen which means I could do a screen shot of weeks worth of all the information and send to my supporters. Now I can’t do that. Have been using this since 2018. Change it back please.

Dedicated user - but multiple times now I need to kill the app and cycle power on the phone to get Bluetooth to talk to the scale. ( other Bluetooth devices seem to not have this issue with my phone ) Also - why do I have to log in after upgrading each time - app should remember better Hope next upgrade fixes these issues.
Bluetooth syncing has improved, and I didn’t have to log in after this upgrade-thanks
Revisited the review after a pop up add came up that I could not dismiss- was it trying to force me to click the link - that is bad!

I absolutely love this! It so easy and simple! Only thing I haven’t quite figured out is out to add another person.
After a couple of years of use, the scale no longer works on Bluetooth. Have tried reconnecting to the app, ensured all Bluetooth settings on, app up to date….. what’s the point if I have to manually enter everything??? So now I need a new scale. Shopping for a different brand. Regret this purchase.

We used to love the consistency of the metrics. This new update changed it all. My muscle mass went down 4%, and my husbands body fat went up 6% and his muscle mass went down 5%. IMPOSSIBLE. That can’t happen in a day. And our lifestyle won’t allow that giant swing. What’s going on with the scale?

Loving the new layout and update. Just need to keep getting good readings when I step on the scale now. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss but for the most part it measures everything when I step on the scale.

The app stopped working recently. Other comments seem to indicate a recent update is to blame. I’ve used this app for a couple years. Hopefully, I won’t lose my data.
