Love the flexibility and adaptability!

This app is great for Olympic weightlifters who need a program that’s flexible for their lifestyle! It’s fantastic, I love how you can dynamically pick which days you can lift and it will automatically adjust your programming to keep you on schedule with the training volume/intensity. The community also seems pretty active with videos and form checks and overall communication! It’s great and especially as someone who trains alone it does a good job of making me feel like I have people to talk about training with!

Great app and community

This app was the perfect solution for me as I was relocating and between gyms. While I’ve moved on to in-person coaching (the folks at Weightlifting House do say the app is the best way to go other than having a dedicated coach for your every session), I had a great experience while I was on the app. I think the most impressive part was definitely the fact that it was constantly being updated. The team is really invested, both in developing the app to be better and better as well as providing coaching through the community platform. Highly recommmend!

Builds a weightlifting program tailored to you

This app is absolutely brilliant. You plug in your existing lifts and it generates a program based off your numbers - but it’s not just that. Rate each lift throughout the workout and the app can sense if you’re having a rough vs great day and adjust the weights for you.

New programming for the next week is generated at the end of the past week, and the app can clearly identify your weak points and tailor next week’s program to them.
It seems that no two programs are alike! I’ve already hit big PRs on the app.

Unless you have a coach 24/7 watching every lift, there is nothing comparable to the powers of this app. It even pairs well with coached athletes. Coaches can focus on the technique and execution of the lifts. Leave the programming to the robots.
