The app offers easy-to-use features to help students:
View their ID card - Student members have easy access to their healthcare ID card for use at the doctor's office or pharmacy.
Access important health plan information - Student members can easily review benefit information, discover their pharmacy benefits, and access additional plan resources.
View claims activity and status - Student members can review claims, correspond with Wellfleet's claims team and access "Explanation of Benefit" documents for each claim paid.
Find care - Members have access to a robust network provider search and access to telehealth options, including CareConnect, our 24/7 urgent behavioral health hotline.
Connect with Wellfleet's Customer Care team - Students can email or call our student-focused customer care team straight from the app.
Manage their account with Wellfleet - Whether using our website or mobile application, students have one account and centralized information to securely manage their health plan on their terms.

ZERO STARS
This is hands down the worst health app I have ever had the displeasure of using. None of the links work, my ID card won’t generate, and I get nothing but pop-up errors in response to every in-app action. Even trying to create my account was one of the single most frustrating experiences I’ve had. This app has wasted half my morning! I can’t view my benefits within the app, I can’t make appointments from the app, I can’t believe this is the service I’m getting for the OUTRAGEOUS SHIP insurance UCB requires. This is highway robbery, a scam!! Get your own insurance if you can, it is clear UCB and Wellfleet do not have an iota of care for student wellbeing, nonetheless app usability. ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS. YOU HAVE FAILED.
App verification don’t work!!!
The app is not functional, cant even verify to register because app is broken. This is when i need to use the app to go see a doctor. Well fleet website also doesnt work. Wellfleet is the worst
Can’t search for school
The app doesn’t let you search for your school, whenever I input anything nothing happens, so I can’t even create an account to access my insurance
