Good afternoon well am nor that much into leaving reviews for apps but this app seems to me really interesting, the only question or concern I have is that if it really real meaning that if it really measures how your health is for real or it’s just fake, that’s my only concern about this app because if it’s real all this information about my health meaning the numbers it shows than it’s really really an awesome app for all the people that use this app. Well sorry for writing to much and all the best to you guys that made this app. Gos bless you. Company Lacks Integrity

Despise Lack of Integrity
So I got this app months ago on the free trial and realized it wasn’t what I needed. Fast forward to months later I had did a bunch of steps one day and wanted to check with the Apple Health App. The logos of the apps are similar and I clicked this app not realizing that I forgot to erase it from my phone after the free trial. Well, once opened my phone started glitching and I have the iPhone 6s that has a home button. So as my phone was frozen, I couldn’t power it off, click any buttons etc… then, all of the sudden my screen reads, “thank you for this purchase”. I immediately called Apple and disputed the charge explaining what happened. Well they couldn’t issue me a refund because this company refuses. $40 isn’t a lot usually but it is for me because I am not using the app, don’t plan to. Also, the past year I have been hit tremendously with health bills/problems due to being newly diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. The new diagnosis explains my life suffering/symptoms which has made my life hard to live this past year. The fact I explained this mistake to them and they refuse to refund me, has me believing that they know of this glitch that happens to people at times and decided that they want to profit from it. For this to be a health app…, they truly don’t care about one’s health. It’s all a money grab.

This heart rate app by four beats all the other ones I’ve ever tried it multiple features and really concerns. They really take concerning your health and well-being. You’ll be surprised that how many offers this one heart rate monitor has inside of it. I love it. I wish I could afford it monthly.

Blood Pressure with your phone is unrealistic and dangerous

Was curious to check out cause I have high blood pressure as a result of all sorts of ailments and just was sick of cuffing especially in public. When I saw the app I thought it might be a good alternative Then I was told I had low blood pressure, and then normal, and then low. Did further research and found all medical journals denounce app blood pressure readings. This could be especially dangerous putting yourself into a false sense of security. Always see your primary care provider and just ask for accuracy of your in home monitor. DO NOT TRUST. (Especially for a subscription service app that cannot in no way accurately give a a proper reading just smoke and mirrors)
