WellU is an engaging app that provides mental training and coaching in an easy and accessible way.
Athletes and coaches need to sustain mental training at all levels of performance. This is the essence of WellU and why licensed and certified mental coaches, Ami Strutin-Belinoff and Brian Alexander, created WellU.
Similar to physical training, mental training must be practiced systematically. Without proper guidance, an athlete’s mental game defaults to natural tendencies from physical practice that often impede peak performance. Today's competitive culture demands extraordinary standards in an athlete's training regiment. To meet these standards and set yourself apart, you must train your mind to develop a mental edge.
In the WellU mental training programs, Ami and Brian have designed educational and experiential exercises to meet athletes where they are in their mental and physical development. WellU allows athletes to determine their training journey through self-assessment tools and evidence-based goal setting structures. Through WellU, athletes can also review their goal progress and create a road map to realizing their dream performance goals with optional one on one mental coaching video sessions.

Designed by combining tried and true techniques with the latest sports psychology research and training, WellU will continue to evolve to provide the tools needed to reach and sustain peak performance.

Great App!
This is a great app for any athlete looking to improve their mental performance! I highly recommend it! I had the opportunity to do a podcast with Brian and he was great! This app offers many resources that you can utilize anytime anywhere!
Great way to stay mentally sharp
WellU is easy to follow through videos, audios, and forms. Seeing my target goal every time I enter the app helps remind me of what I am working toward.
