Good idea, some improvements would be nice

As a general concept I like the idea and the app but additional options, like selecting a day and time when you want to wash would be nice.

If you must

Let’s see It should use Apple pay, why do I have to give my CC details to get another company! Didn’t charge my CC properly, have to get hotel to start machine for me 1 washer not working, it tries to book me on it 1 dryer is not even there, it tries to book me on it. I don’t have any choice to book which washer or dryer I can use So, just about everything that can go wrong did!!! Good luck if you have to use this app. Good idea but very poor execution, clearly not ready to be used

I saw no ability to use Apple Pay, and it seems the way the app was presented to me that I HAD to register a CC. Also, my complaint is not about wanting to pick a machine, but not being assigned a machine that is Out Of Order!

Oh, and please this is not a lifestyle!!, I’m just trying to wash my clothes! Thankfully the hotel was able to override this apps inconsistencies.

Simply skip this part during the registration process and select "checkout payment" as your payment method in the "Payment Methods"-settings when clicking on "Profile". Our automatic machine occupation management ensures that every user is assigned the next free washing machine or dryer as quickly as possible. That's why you're not able to select a specific appliance but get assigned the next free one automatically. Terrible experience

The hostel where I stayed in Munich operated their laundry using this application. My experience was a nightmare.

The instructions to use the machine and application was a small poster without enough information for help and support. When the wash cycle was done the machine would not unlock and I could not get to my clothes.

The staff at the hostel did not know how to access the locked machine. They asked me to wait overnight. The next morning the staff member pointed out a number for me to call on the poster that was written in German which I don’t understand. I called that number from my phone and was repeatedly directed to a line for “hot singles.”

Ultimately, the only way I could access my wet clothes was to hit the button for another wash. Now I must follow my bank account to determine how many times they charged me to wash my clothes.

I will NEVER use this application again. I do not trust it.

As I look through the other one star reviews I see multiple replies from the developer that appear to be a copy and paste of the same response. This makes me trust this application even less. I wish I had read the other reviews before using this app.
