Log how you feel once a day in a few seconds. Private by design: your entries stay on your phone. Whela is a simple, private pain diary. Living with chronic pain or migraines means your doctor will ask "how have you been?" and you'll have to remember weeks of good and bad days. Whela makes that easy: once a day, tap the face that matches how you feel, add tags for what you took or what might have triggered it, and you're done. • One entry per day, on a simple five-step pain scale • Tags for medications, triggers and symptoms • Missed a day? It shows up in your history so you can fill it in • A daily reminder at the time you choose PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. • Your entries are stored on your device. There is no Whela server that collects your health data. • Optional backup and sync to your own iCloud, and optional export to your own Notion workspace, are features in development. Your data always goes to accounts you own. Whela is free, and always will be. Whela is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
