We make it easy with three simple steps:
1. Propose a time (or a place)
2. Accept a place (or a time)
3. Once a time and place have been agreed upon, message your connection to finalize plans
It's that simple. View someone’s profile and if you want to connect, propose either a time or a place.
Messaging happens after a meetup has been finalized. Instead of spending weeks messaging someone you may never meet up with, it's time to have those conversations in person.
Messaging can feel like a full-time job when in reality it shouldn't be. When & Where encourages users to save their time and have fun meeting in person.

A new twist!
Love the concept of the app. Choose and place then the other person chooses a time. Gets rid of the people who aren’t serious about meeting up. I’ve had a few great dates from the app so far.
