The app itself is great. Excellent functionality, intuitive interface, easy to shop by category, search for specific product, cart is easy to edit, good variety of payment options. The company itself… they are my absolute heroes. Fantastic regenerative farming practices, superior quality products, quick and easy shipping with excellent packaging, wonderful commitment to humanely and naturally raised animals, refusal to use mRNA vaccines on the livestock, quick customer service response… I can’t say enough good things. And any animal operation that invites people to visit, learn, and tour you know is doing things in a way they’re proud of, with nothing to hide. Proud supporter of a small business doing everything right!

We are new customers to White Oak Pastures. Over the past few months, we have purchased a variety of poultry, beef and pork products. All were very flavorful and satisfying. I’d forgotten how good meat used to taste growing up. So proud of White Oak Pastures and their commitment to land regeneration and to producing high quality livestock. The easy to follow cooking tips and educational information are a bonus. Every shipment has arrived well packaged and frozen. Even a shipment that was delayed due to Hurricane Idalia! We will be ongoing customers for sure!

This farm has continued to exceed expectations in quality of product AND customer service. I took the opportunity to visit the farm, and had the chance to meat the family who maintain their stewardship of the 4,000+ acre farm. I’m more blown away now, and was already smitten with them for years beforehand. The beef is delicious, healthy, and supporting the only food system that cares for us as individuals….. shopping directly from the farmer is the only way to ensure they stay farming, and we stay fed.
