Wichtlify is the all-in-one app for running Secret Santa events digitally, fairly, and with less admin stress. Whether you organize for family, friends, school, clubs, or work teams, Wichtlify gives you a clear flow from setup to draw.
With the free core features, you can launch a group in minutes: create the event, add participants, set date and budget, add optional group notes, and run the draw. The draw logic automatically prevents self-matches and respects exclusions you define, such as partners, households, siblings, or team constraints. This ensures only valid pairings are generated.
Each participant gets a private personal link. That means only the organizer needs an account; participants can open their link directly and access what they need. Optional wish lists help improve gift quality and reduce mismatches. Depending on your format, you can run classic Secret Santa rounds as well as themed variations. A structured admin dashboard helps you track progress and complete key steps on time.
Wichtlify Pro adds advanced control for larger, recurring, or complex groups. Smart Draw improves draw quality, can avoid previous-year pairings, and supports partial redraws instead of restarting everything. The emergency assistant helps repair active draws if someone drops out at short notice.
Auto-reminders let you schedule reminders at flexible times (for deadlines or event milestones), reducing manual follow-up. Scheduled admin broadcasts allow targeted communication to everyone or segments, such as members without wish lists. Insights & event status provide key metrics and risk flags so you can spot issues early and keep the event on track.
