Winterswan
When I first downloaded this app, I loved it. Then, it stopped working correctly, so I updated it. It still didn’t work. I decided to give it another shot today, and it told me that I had to pay for any more use. I found a different way to open my file and will most likely delete this app.

I purchased 100 decoding files for $9.99. After using only FOUR, the app stopped working. Efforts to get a resolution from the developer has resulted in him giving me the runaround to refund my money for a app that does not work. Do not waste your time and money on this worthless app and non-existent customer service.
