Easy to use
I have a computer, but searching for things online generally is faster on my phone than on my desktop or laptop; however, the mobile experience with OPD and Winnefox leaves a little to be desired. I was very happy to see this app - I downloaded it and signed in easily, then placed a hold with just a couple of taps. Couldn’t be more simple. I also love that it stores my library card barcode right in the app - when we’re able to browse in the library again, I’ll never have to worry about forgetting my card at home!
Decent but less functional than the website
It’s fairly straightforward to search and filter within the app to find what you’re looking for, and it’s pretty convenient to be able to reserve materials and check your due dates. But the website allows you to add items to custom lists and see the due date for materials you want that aren’t available. In general, I wish the website was optimized for mobile devices, but the app is free and does some things well.
Hope squashed
I was hopeful to use an app for my library since their website is not mobile device enabled......BUT the scan barcode for library card does not work. Did anyone test this app before they released it?
