The camera works but it’s impossible to connect to the phone. I have read everything possible and tried contacting help page and that page Doesn’t Exist!! So I don’t know whom to ask for help !! I need someone to contact me ASAP as I installed the camera in the car but I can’t pass the first page on app it just keeps going to my settings page and that’s it .

This dashcam is a complete hassle. If you use the USB port, you have to manually power it on and off every time, or it will drain your car battery. On top of that, you’re forced to download the WitCam app and connect to its WiFi just to use basic features. You even have to press record every time you get in your car. Plus, the videos don’t even save the majority of the time once recording is complete. It’s made of flimsy plastic and feels incredibly cheap. Save your money and get something better.

Honestly, looking at all these reviews got me scared, but when I listened to instructions I got it working just fine. I can control and download any video from the camera and I can do play backs and everything. I give it 5 stars
Same problem - No connection with phone app

I have the same problem. I connect to the camera via WiFi, but the app will not connect to the phone and opens the settings. The help says to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done that 4 times with the same results. Camera works fine as a stand-alone device, but the app will not connect with my phone.
