Please Stop Messing Up This App

Just curious but why do you guys key changing features that were fine before? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! For example when I’m in the messaging part of the app when I use to hit the phone icon it would just call the customer back now it says to save as contact?? If I wanted you save it as a contact then I would hit the 3 icons right beside it! Now you’ve made it even more inconvenient to have to go back to the Home Screen and then click on calls and then missed calls then call again. I mean cmon guys really?? I use this app exclusively for my business and calling customers is a must if I miss the call I should be able to just hit the call button like I could before and call them back. Please for love of god change this back! Also your app is very glitchy at times and sometimes won’t even open. This is very frustrating when trying to run my junk removal business and I can’t even get into the app to see where my customers lives. I think you guys should try to make this app easier to use for people like myself who pay you a lot of money every month to run my business. Why does it take like 3 days to get my money from you guys also? Everyone else has instant pay outs and charges a small fee for that. Let’s get with the now guys because the competition is way ahead of these outdated apps you guys use. Rant over.

Not perfect, minor bugs

I’ve used Wix mobile and desktop editor for about five months now. It’s intuitive, I like the website builder dashboard and all the analytics and tools built into it. I would enjoy it more, but most of the apps I wanted to integrate into my Wix website usually average around 1-star, which really limited the features I could actually use, because the apps don’t actually work well. Any spacing changes I make to sections through the desktop editor removes all the negative space I apply to sections in the mobile editor, although they are supposed to function somewhat independently. I tried to speak to a representative about an issue I am experiencing where one of my pages continually loads, but they just pointed me to forums and told me to clear my browser cache and to use responsive elements. I already did all of those things and the issue remains unresolved. All of my media is highly compressed and all of the page elements are responsive and made for mobile, but this one page continually crashes even after all of my solo troubleshooting. Ultimately, my website is fine for now, but I may consider other options with the amount of bugs I have experienced and when my annual subscription expires.

Removing Fax Has Destroyed My Business

Why would Wix Restaurants remove such a CRITICAL part of the entire website: the different types of notifications for orders coming in.

They have removed the fax option completely, why I do not know. Now I have almost all of my clients that I’ve set up with Wix websites that relied on the faxing options calling me looking for alternatives. What’s the alternative? Automations? I’ve tried setting up a printers email address to receive and auto-print the orders with no success. Another option is one-at-a-time manual printout from the app? This slows down my clients processes big time when they have a million other things to be worried about. Before your change, my clients had NO COMPLAINTS and loved Wix. Three of them being with you since 2018 when I first started my marketing business. Now several of them have told me that they might be moving their website to a platform that accepts simple fax orders. Thanks a lot Wix for messing up the cash flow of my business. I always vouched for you like crazy, but I feel like Wix did a major mistake trying to redesign an online ordering system that was perfect before the way it was. You cant even revert back to the old restaurants way anymore either. It’s hurting my bottom line now. Hopefully I can save or find alternatives for my clients in time before they leave me to go somewhere else that accepts a SIMPLE fax order automatically with minimal effort.
