Stop fighting your brain and start working with it. This collection of ADHD timers is the ultimate neurodivergent toolkit designed for those who find traditional clocks abstract, stressful, or easy to ignore.
Whether you are struggling with adhd focus, time blindness, looking to manage hyperfocus, or need a neurodivergent friendly coach in your pocket, this app is built for you.
Built from the ground up for the neuro divergent mind, this is more than a stopwatch—it is a goblin-mode friendly suite of tools engineered for zero friction and maximum flow.
DEFEAT THE 5 ADHD TIME TRAPS
STOP THE BURNOUT
Break the "just one more minute" loop. Our coach-style Co-pilot provides gentle reinforcement for two hours after your timer ends, reminding you that rest is productive.
KILL PROCRASTINATION
Transform "too much" work into manageable chunks. Shrink intervals in real-time until they feel approachable enough to start.
END TIME BLINDNESS
See time as a physical path. Our Visual Linear Clock and Predictive Session Map show how your current pace ripples through the rest of your day.
STAY ON-PLAN
When you drift, your spoken Co-pilot gently pulls you out of your rabbit hole, so you can pivot without the sense of failure.
APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORT
See a visual record of where your time actually went. Celebrate your investment, even when the day didn't go exactly to plan.
KEY FEATURES FOR NEURODIVERGENT MASTERY
The Visual Linear Clock & Predictive Map
Traditional clocks are too abstract. We convert time into a clear, horizontal path. If a task takes longer, the app automatically adjusts your "future" session map so you always know where you stand.
The No-Nag Co-Pilot
Spoken alerts bridge the gap between tasks, priming your neurodivergent brain for upcoming transitions. It’s the ultimate tool to gently ease you out of intense hyperfocus—and if you run over, our verbal nudges stay in the background like a supportive friend, never judgey.
12 Specialized Time Views
12 distinct views for 12 different moods. Switch between distraction-free Zen modes and visual analogue displays to find the perfect adhd focus setup.
Optimized Work Ratios
Looking for the 52 17 method? Or custom intervals that adapt to your energy levels? Our tools allow for total flexibility. If you need to shrink an interval on the fly, the app adapts with zero frustration.

I like this timer. There’s a little learning curve but I find it helps me keep on task and I love that it has pie charts that break down work vs breaks. Definitely helps remember to take breaks and not hyper focus through lunch everyday!
Doesn’t work when screen is off
ReinkeC
This works great as a visual and auditory timer but I was hoping this would still work when the screen is off to avoid draining the battery. I haven’t tested if it works in the background when I’m working in another app. I work off of my phone all the time between client calls and lose track of time so having it work in the background or when the screen is off is important.
Developer Response
Hi there. Looks like the automatic asking for permission for notifications isnt working. As a workaround, click on the diagnostics button on the home page and you can set it there. You’ll only get an alarm and if you are on a call it will be silent.I’ll fix up the automatic notification permission issue asap, but as you are using the phone for calls you might be better using an old phone/tablet for the app ios 12 is supported - or use the web version at transitiontimer.appA desktop version will be released in the not to distant future which might serve you better for your way of workingThanks for the feedback!
Useful!

I really like being able to view the time planned for a work/study session, while still seeing the time left AND the time spent, that’s something most timers don’t have. I will share this with others as a resource for staying on task.
