A work break productivity timer crafted for Apple Watch.

Staying focused during work time and taking breaks is a simple and proven technique to boost productivity, improve focus, get more done in less time.

Taking breaks whilst working or studying is also crucial in preventing RSI, eye-strain and tiredness, preventing back aches, wrist and neck problems, particularly if you work on a desk.

• Simple Work/Break Timer
The app notifies you using a haptic notification that it is time to take a break, or to get back to work

• Extend time
If you feel you need more time to complete the task at hand, you can extend work time by 5, 10, 15 minutes using the + button. Same thing can be done if you need a longer break.

• Break time
This is what you can do during a break: walk, stretch, meditate, do eye exercises, breathe, or just relax. You will be notified when the break time is done and it's time to get back to work.

Have a lot of work to do? Skip break, get back to work. Finished early, skip work, take a break.

• Complications
Supports complications on watch face which show remaining time for work/break interval. They are also an easy way to launch the app.

• Pause/Resume timer
You can pause/resume the timer when needed

• Color coded notifications
The notifications have been color coded (blue for work and green for a break) so that it is easy for you to get the cue.

* Note: This app requires Apple Watch.

Very Limited Setting

My only issues is for $2.99 I’d expect to be about to set up repeats and timings when I wanted it running. For example, weekdays starts at 8am and runs 10 cycles, stops at 5pm

Developer Response ,

Sorry that you found the price to be high for the limited features. Soon we would be working on an update which tracks Work and Break hours. I have noted down your requirement as a feature request wherein a reminder can be set up at the specified time for weekdays. Do let us know if you have any more suggestions/feedback. Thanks!

exactly what I was looking for

very nice customizable apple watch app - you can set the work and break time intervals, and repeat sequence. You can also add a complication to see the countdown on your watch face. You can easily pause or reset the current timer if you need to. I recommend this app.

Great concept but fatal flaw

In principle this is just the app I need: something to remind me to take breaks, with flexibility to adjust the timing on the fly. The fatal flaw is that the haptic buzzer is too weak to be detected. They need to offer the option of audio and/or put more juice in the haptic. Otherwise it is worthless to me.

Developer Response ,

This app uses Apple Watch notifications to notify the user of the work/break change. This is a standard mechanism to notify the user for a "non-fitness" app.

The fitness apps start a workout session and so are allowed to run in background by the watchOS. This enables to use other haptic alerts and sound as a feedback for change in intervals.

The limitation for the non-fitness apps is that they cannot run in the background and have to depend on the default haptic notification to notify the user of any change.

Are you facing any issues with haptic notification alert for this app during the interval change? Note that these do not work in "Do not disturb" mode since Apple Watch suppresses all notifications in DND mode.
