Too many steps to sign-in, no Face ID

I use this app 4 times a day to punch in and out at work and during lunch time. Every time I open the app I have to first select the “WorkForse Suite Login” (this could be a setting inside the app for a minority of people that work for more than one company at the time) Then put in my password, which I have stored in Bitwarden (password manager). When Bitwarden opens up I have to manually search for the log-in info since there is no reference sent back to the password managers from the app (like some other apps do). A simple Face ID, Touch ID, or a 4 digit pin to login could make my life so much easier, 4 times a day… One more thing, when the punch fails, the small black sign with white letters that shows up at the bottom of the screen, looks exactly the same as the successful punch sign , just different wording. A red box for failed punch would warn the user so much effectively.

It would be nice if and when you can force this app to work. It’s glitchy. The problem is that as far as formats it makes an attempt to work on computers and mobile devices. Like a lot of technology performance over multiple applications continues to add problems. Day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year you can expect this application to boggle your mind. Regardless of any training. Any update out there. You can hang your hat on this app disappointing you time and again. Then you wait for it to be fixed. Which is hilarious because you know it will look you out again in the future. Talk to your coworkers and bond over the joy that is workforce.

The fact I have to use dual authentication, and then sign in after that (three separate passwords total) is really annoying. Every time I want to clock in, clock out, or take my lunch, I have to sign in. Three. Times. Waste of time in my opinion when I could use Touch ID or simply just one password. App is not very suited for phones, and could use a major overhaul to be user friendly.
Companies please don’t use this app until they update

My company just launched this software today. I didn’t really run into the sign-on issues that a lot of people seem to experience but we’re using Microsoft Azure for the sign-on so it’s fairly straightforward and seamless.I have run into two issues so far; randomly the my schedule screen is just blank/whitespace; timesheet time entry number buttons were actually registering about half an inch below where they should have been. (seems to have corrected itself when I went into landscape.)
