Workframe connects tasks, focus sessions and a Work Journal so you can choose what matters today and recall the outcome tomorrow. Workframe is available for free, with no subscription, In-App Purchases, account, ads, or cloud workspace. ONE WORKDAY LOOP • Capture tasks quickly from the menu bar. • Keep possible work in Backlog and choose a short Today list. • Set importance, urgency, complexity and a deadline; add labels, checklists and text details. • Use the suggested Main Focus and Frog Task, or choose them yourself. • Start a focus session with a task or without one. • Adjust focus and break duration, pause, extend a session or skip the break. WORK JOURNAL As you work, Workframe keeps completed tasks, checklist progress, unfinished work and focus-session context. Open the Work Journal to see: • what you worked on; • the results you produced; • what remains unfinished; • what continues today. Review the summary and copy a starting point for stand-up, a status update or a private note. BUILT FOR MAC Workframe lives in the menu bar. Open Planner when you need a fuller view of Backlog and Today. It supports Light, Dark and System appearance, local reminders, and a configurable workday boundary. LOCAL BY DESIGN Tasks, plans, focus sessions, journal entries and settings stay on your Mac. Workframe requires no account, uses no cloud sync, shows no ads, and includes no analytics or tracking SDKs. Optional Activity Awareness stores only active-app identifiers and switch times locally. It does not read screen contents, browser URLs, documents, messages, keystrokes or window titles. Requires macOS 14 or later.
