WorkTrace helps small and medium businesses record who is at work, without paper registers or expensive time clocks.
NEW: ID CARD ATTENDANCE
• Design and print employee ID cards in a few taps. Choose a design, choose your company, choose the employees, and WorkTrace creates a print-ready PDF with fronts and matching backs.
• Each card has a large, easy-to-scan QR code. The code holds only a random signed ID, never a name or any personal details.
• Lost a card? Replace it in one tap and the old one stops working immediately.
• Add employee photos, or let WorkTrace print a clean placeholder if there is no photo.
NEW: KIOSK MODE
• Turn a spare iPhone at your door into a check-in point. Employees hold up their card and are checked in or out in a second, with their name and photo shown for confirmation.
• Keeps working with no internet: scans are saved on the device and sent automatically when the connection returns.
• Disable a lost kiosk from the app at any time.

PRIVACY
• Your data belongs to your company and is visible only to your company's admins and HR.
• No ads and no tracking. Employee photos are never used for face recognition.
• Delete your account and all its data from Settings at any time.
