A shortcut, a quick diff, a clean fix. Write Lint catches typos and punctuation slips before anyone else does — entirely on your Mac, fully offline. Write Lint polishes the text you bang out all day — Slack messages, ticket updates, emails, commit notes — fixing typos, punctuation, capitalization, and minor grammar without rewriting your voice. Press ⌘⇧L from any app. A small floating window appears. Type or paste, hit ⌘ Return, and a clean word-level diff renders in under a second. Accept the changes, copy them, or dismiss with Esc. Everything happens on your Mac. Write Lint is built on Apple's on-device Foundation Models — the same Apple Intelligence that ships with macOS. Your text never leaves your machine. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, no telemetry, and no network calls for text processing. It works on a plane.

What's new in 1.0.1 - Fixed: A rare error message ("Failed to deserialize a Generable type from model output") that could appear on certain inputs. The app now retries automatically and falls back gracefully — you'll either get a clean polish, or a friendly note that your original text was preserved. - New: Help & feedback in Settings. Send a bug report or suggestion via your default mail client, or copy the message and paste anywhere. Optional diagnostic logs cover the current session only and never include API keys. - Refined error messages and behind-the-scenes logging to help diagnose future issues.
