Latest version is broken
The latest version was automatically updated on my phone. I can no longer connect my Osprey pro. This means that I can no longer change the cleaning mode. It is stuck on floor only mode. Please fix the connection issue
Broken App
A critical app, needed to run/change settings on my Osprey Pro 700. When it worked, it was ok. Latest automatic update has rendered it useless. Cleaner won’t even run now… wishing I spent the extra money and went with a name-brand pool cleaner. An expensive mistake!
The new version won’t connect to my Osprey 700
Using the Osprey 700 for the first time this season and I had to update the app. Now it won’t connect at all to my cleaner. So frustrating!
