Won’t login
After initially working, the app stopped working and asked me to log in again. Problem is it is stuck and won’t allow me to login or access MY machine that I purchased. It is my equipment not yours. I won’t buy this brand again.
Mostly works
For operation, the app generally works, although it occasionally crashes. The main problem I have is the weekly scheduling. I have not ever been able to schedule the cleaning. I have to manually tell it to clean every time I need to pull cleaned. No matter what I do when I open the scheduler, as soon as I select a date it crashes. This has been ongoing, and no matter how many times I request support, I never get any solution.
Awful app
You try to create an account but have to click on accept term but that screen disappears before you can accept and then takes you back to screen to create and won’t save so you get stuck in an awful loop
