We are continuing to make updates to enhance the Xcel Energy mobile app experience regularly.

- Usage Experience enhancements to view your daily usage, sub-daily usage, and/or solar generation through the My Energy dashboard.
- Ability to update/change your email address
- Bug Fixes and other improvements
And more updates coming later in 2024 including ability to update phone numbers, natively view billing usage cost information, and view factors that impact your bill!

Useful.
Hooray. Latest update has brought back the feature to view current months usage, which is so helpful for keeping an eye on your bill. There are a few winter months where my bill is $900 to $1100, I use this feature every few weeks to avoid surprises. The feature is now working for electric meters. Did not seem to work for legacy gas meter yet. I will check again in a few weeks.

Hi, we have an update to the app that allows you to view your daily usage though the My Energy dashboard like the previous app. Please update to the new version of the app that we released today and you will find the My Energy dashboard link in the usage area. Please reconsider your rating if you are liking the new app.
Old app is better
The new app is ridiculous and not as easy to navigate as the old app. The old app looked better and was much easier to navigate than the newer version. I don’t like Xcel as is and I’d rather have a different company but they are the only company where I live so that’s why I have them. They are constantly changing things so once you get used to something and have a way to get things done they change things. ( the app changes less than the rates so I guess they are trying to keep up with the rate increases)

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The app is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing my energy usage and payments a breeze.
The app also allows me to easily pay my bill, set up auto-pay, and even report outages directly from my phone.
Overall, I highly recommend Xcel Energy's new mobile app to anyone looking to simplify their energy management and payment
