Xeal EV Charging 4+

What a remarkable journey it has been! It all began with a challenging initial encounter in a brand-new condo building in Miami. However, the turnaround by Team Xeal is truly commendable and deserves recognition for their continuous progress. They have gone the extra mile by reaching out to me multiple times and helping to troubleshoot the app. Team Xeal has demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care, enhancing the app's overall experience, and actively incorporating user feedback into their improvements. Anticipating additional improvements with excitement!

Simple interface and it always works. There just aren’t enough chargers so I’m asking the manager to add more.
Pretty fast as you just tap the charger and it charges my phone afterward. The only suggestion is it would be nice to have ability to add another credit card or Apple Pay

My friend and I spent over 24 hours trying to get her car charged. This is a highly disorangized company that can not deliver on the one thing that maters. They left us stranded with no support call back in over 24 hours despite understanding how desparate the situatuion was. My friend was forced to take an uber to downtown in an attempt to get medicine. She was harrased and put into danger from this activity. This is a very poorly designed app. The product manager should be fired. It was giving an NFC notifiaciton that would relaunch the app and never charge. If you are an apartment manager, you are putting your tenants at risk if you work with Xeal. Don't do it.
