Love it, but wish we could preview the next day/month

Love the app and love Xeela workouts! I’ve been an avid fan for over a year now, so I’m stoked there’s finally an app for workouts and food tracking. My only two wishes/complaints are that you can’t preview workouts for the week/month ahead of time, as well as being able to go out of order. You cannot “check off” an exercise until the one prior is done. First, I like to plan out my weeks and know what’s coming, what I’ll need, how much time I should expect to need, etc. We have busy lives so it would be incredibly helpful to see what the week/month has in store. Right now, you can only access each day individually and can’t even see the next day till it is that day. Secondly, I like the freedom to go a little out of order. Some gyms are laid out differently and it may make more sense to do all of the bench workouts, for example, rather than going back and forth just to go in order. If anyone reads this, I believe it would be beneficial to make those changes!

Love the new update but could still have improvements!

I love the app, I’m currently in a challenge and I really appreciate how you can log meals & keep up with calories, protein, carbs etc. The meal suggestions are also spectacular (it’s not often fitness apps give meal suggestions, let alone instructions on how to prepare them). I greatly appreciate how it includes a vegan diet as well, since everyone’s dietary choices are different. Now when it comes to the work outs themselves, that’s where the app could you just a tad fixing up. This new update now allows you to swap out work outs, which it didn’t before. Also, it now shows you how many reps you did before, when it previously didn’t save it for future reference. Which was frustrating because you would just have to remember, so I’m super glad that was added. The one thing that drives me crazy, is how the app doesn’t allow you the option to add sets. (It just has a fixed set amount) So if I could recommend anything, please include the option add sets & keep it logged in your history for future work outs! With all being said, I love using this app and cannot wait to finish my 75 day challenge. If the fixes i recommended are added, I could easily see myself using this app as a lifelong tool. Thank you Xeela!

Almost great not quite

Loved the app at first but after using it for a week I find it a little frustrating that the “workout plan” made by the trainers is just the same workouts listed every single week….so after week one I have to manual swap out the workouts to avoid just doing the same routine over and over again, the fact that I have to manually switch and choose a different workout myself makes me feel like I could of just done the same thing searching social media for different exercises (which is what I was doing) for free without the app

the reason I got the app was because I wanted someone with experience to make sure I was doing the most effective change in lifts week to week and I was expecting a detailed workout plan laid out for multiple weeks that included different back day, leg day, chest day, each week ect…that was made by a professional but I feels more like a “here’s a bunch of workouts, now you’re on your own, that’ll be $100” which is helpful but could be done for free on my own

As of now wouldn’t recommend spending the money, I’d just search up workouts for different days and track it yourself, basically same thing as app.
