It enjoy using the app and it rewards are amazing but you still need to get the bug fix. sometimes the app just hang and won’t work for some seconds. Also pls upgrade the trading interface, there are some buttons I would like to remove on my interface like the cancel all button when trading. I can press it by mistake and it doesn’t even bring a confirmation window it just execute swiftly. The profit calculation also needs to be fixed

Don’t trust them!!!

Billions of my crypto tokens were lost due to their system issues. They would only respond and blame me for issues their system caused. LOTS of bugs in the system (even self-admitted by their customer service staff in the app chat). I constantly have to contact their customer service team to correct issues. The issues get corrected (sometimes) and then happen again. The application often appears in languages not native to the user and gives error messages in a foreign language that the user obviously can’t understand.

When reading these reviews, look at the ones who truly take the time to give valuable feedback. You will notice some of the “reviews” are short and written in the exact same way (even with the same errors in the sentence) so it’s obviously someone at XT trying to pad the reviews and overcome the large number of negative reviews. Take some advice and steer clear of this company. You will lose money and get the middle finger in return when trying to get problems resolved. If you don’t believe it, give it a try.

UNRELIABLE, FAULTY

I’m a new user and only use this exchange for one item that isn’t found elsewhere, in my 2 week experience with XT I was able to make a purchase and subsequently confirm my order, that was day 1 and day 2, since then I have not been able to access my account, their customer service is of zero help, their online chat only gives general answers which don’t solve the issue and according to the Twitter community it looks like the user posts also have the same issues as I do, although I’m glad I’m not the only one it would be great if this exchange could get it’s actually together and not just take our orders and then lock us out of our accounts for days with no answers.
