YearMaster is a fun and challenging history game for kids, parents and even grandparents to play together. Each level displays four photos from one specific year in history. Your goal is to simply guess the correct year. The four photos on each level for that year are: - the President of the United States, - the World Series baseball star, - and famous world events including - scientific discoveries, - medical firsts - aviation and space breakthroughs, - military battles and wars, - political milestones, and - cultural movie, music, and TV classics. It is a wonderful trip down memory lane to show your child and yourself how amazing history can be. For example, in what year did - Mount Saint Helens erupt, the Miracle on Ice Hockey game, Mike Schimdt lead the Phillies to a Word Series, while Jimmy Carter was president? or - Charles Lindbergh fly across the Atlantic, the first TV was invented, Lou Gehrig lead the Yankees to the championship, while Calvin Coolidge was in the white house? There is also a learning button that will display each picture in greater detail with a description. The player can then click on that picture and link to a historical article about that event for further educational reading. This game starts in the year 1900 - 2015 meaning there are 115 levels! Do you think you can make it to the end? If so you will be crowned the YearMaster! This game was made by a homeschool dad for his homeschooled son. It has no ads and no in-app purchases. Just history presented in the most interactive way to teach our children the best that we know.
