Group Exercise Schedule
The filter options for classes make it very tedious for the user. If a member is searching for a specific class (Example: BodyPump) at any branch with any instructor, this app is not user-friendly. The filter options display all classes at all branches with all instructors. It also displays the option to filter cancelled classes. I think that if the class schedule data were organized differently, the filter options would be cleaner. The filters should only show the class name with the option to select the location if desired. Additionally, a brief description of the classes would be very helpful.
Can’t see class schedules!
I am very disappointed and frustrated- the Y doesn’t have paper copies of the class schedules anymore, relying on this app instead. Not once ONCE have I been able to view the class schedule from this thing – I’ve asked people at my location, reached out to Support, updated my phone, removed and reinstall the app several times… You name it nothing works. I’m about to give up - one of the reasons I joined the Y was to be able to do classes, but if I never know when they are then what’s the point?
