The many nerve endings in your palms make them very sensitive. By placing them together in a Namaskar, you can change your chemistry to foster love within.

- A light stomach is recommended (keep a 1.5-hour gap after food). If you do not fulfill this condition on a particular day, please skip the Yoga Namaskar practice.

A true transformation!!!
I can't believe I'm the same person... even my friends and people who know me say the same thing in the past 3 years (after joining isha). After doing yoga & meditation with Sadhguru, life blossoms in you. It's an experience different than anything else in this world. It's the true sense of self-realization. This app is just a spark of this wonderful experience. You should join isha to have the full taste of it.
App does not work
I’m sorry to say but this app doesn’t seem to work which is a huge shame because I’ve been watching Sadhguru’s video for a couple months now on my journey and was so excited to try the yoga tips. Tried to use this app this morning and when I open the videos, they immediately start to play which is fine. However, there is no sound at all. If I tap the video, I’m taken to a page that doesn’t exist. Or the video pauses and if tapped again will start over. Also if I rotate my phone to enlarge the video I get a quarter of the page I’m on, the top right side, and the other half of my screen is the list of yoga for… options. Also, when I leave the video with the arrow on the top left, the app crashes. I’m guessing it’s been a while since an update was done but i don’t know.
This is on an iPhone 13 pro max.
My life has brightened up
I found this app from a free (in person) yoga class & i feel peace & a better mindset from that first class & from using this app . I wish it was more popular .
