My rating
I like the app. It targets certain things that are help full. The app has video links and tracks calories the tiny exercise and water intake. The only problem is that it’s too small of a range of like poses and stretches but other than that four stars.
Awesome App!
Recently I’ve added yoga to my workout routines and this app is awesome! And it’s easy to use as well🧘🏾♀️! I’d like to make a suggestion, In the future add a talking countdown that will tell you how much longer to hold the pose for and when you are getting ready to move on to the next pose..but other than that it’s a wonderful app🧘🏾♀️🙂.

I’ve debated learning yoga, and these short videos provide me a peek into the practice. Some poses I can do and some poses are difficult for me at this time. With practice, I hope to improve. The explanations are excellent and clear, reminding me of details to be aware of. I hope I can access this on a daily basis!
