YJ trainer The Youjoy APP is primarily used for users to view the test result data from 3T Intelligent Assessment Instrument. The coach leads the members in training at the fitness facility, focusing on muscle gain, fat loss, and correcting posture issues. Before and after training, the 3T smart body measurement device is used to measure changes in weight, muscle, and fat. The analysis of body posture improvements is conducted by reviewing the member’s historical trend data and comparing the data. By regularly testing at the fitness center, users can monitor their body changes through the app. They can set weekly or monthly goals for fat loss and muscle gain, and quantify the results of their training. The content of the report is for training guidance only and should not be used as a basis for diagnosis or medical treatment.
