An easy way to record your blood pressure on your handheld device and submit the results to Younis Cardiology.
You can use the blood pressure cuff of your choice and record the results in this convenient app prior to sending in your results to Dr. Younis.
In addition, your log may also include heart rate (optional) as well as notes about your individual readings.
It’s best to record your blood pressure twice per day. After you have entered your name, birthdate, and record at least 7 days of blood pressure readings, the app will generate a log in PDF form and send it to Younis Cardiology.
Once you’ve submitted your readings, you can clear the app’s blood pressure log and start a new one.
