Your future self pays attention to your health, fitness, training and questions, then comes to you with evidence, investigations and voice calls when it matters. MEET YOUR FUTURE SELF Your Echo gives you a private relationship with the version of you further down the road. It pays attention to your health, training, recovery and the questions you are trying to answer, then comes back with the next useful thing. During onboarding, you create your Future You identity and record a short voice sample. Your first call introduces you to that future self. From there, Echo can stay with the context you share in messages, voice notes and calls. WHAT MATTERS TODAY Home brings the important signal to the front. It can show how recovery, sleep and recent training affect today, the evidence behind that interpretation, and the current plan in one place. Echo also shows what it is working on in the background without inventing progress or certainty. INVESTIGATIONS Open a focused question about recovery, sleep, stress, training, nutrition or a pattern that does not yet have a clear answer. Echo can organize the context you provide, connect relevant wearable evidence, ask for clarification, and surface findings with sources and uncertainty when they are ready. You remain in control: review proposals, add context, respond by text or voice, pause work, or decline it. HEALTH AND ACTIVITY, WITH EVIDENCE Connect Apple Health to bring in workouts, sleep, sleep-window HRV, sleep-window resting heart rate, daily movement and training detail. See trends, sample quality, source provenance, heart-rate charts, zones, routes, elevation and the data captured for each activity. Echo keeps missing or stale data visible instead of pretending it is current. TALK TO FUTURE YOU Message Echo, send a voice note, or start a live call. Contextual calls can begin from an Investigation so Future You understands the exact question being discussed. Call recaps and durable messages keep the useful parts available after the conversation ends. You can also control whether Echo may contact you and choose the days, times and quiet hours that fit your life. MEMBERSHIP Your Echo is free to download. You can explore Home, Investigations, Activity, Health and your Echo history without subscribing. Ongoing live voice calls and proactive incoming calls require Echo Membership, an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. The App Store purchase sheet shows the localized price and confirms eligibility before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, and restore purchases from Your Echo at any time. PRIVACY AND SAFETY Your Echo does not sell your data or use it for advertising. Health information, conversations, photos and voice data are linked to your account only to provide the product. Your Echo provides health and wellness information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Seek qualified care for urgent, persistent or concerning symptoms. Requires iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Apple Health is optional but recommended. Microphone access is required for voice recording and calls.
