Excellent parking experience
After messing around with other apps I tried this one. Our vans were oversized and we found ideal Parking in Edinburgh. Impressive. Easy to use. Felt the space was safe.
No dice for international travelers
As many others have mentioned frequently, you must use a UK number. Unfortunately this is not mentioned, the app gives obscure error codes, and the website gives even worse codes and errors Ended up using a random restaurant number to make it work (sorry to whatever restaurant it was).
Apparently you can have customer service do this manually, but who has time to wait for an agent while standing in a parking lot with your kids impatiently waiting?

Kindly note, our Technical Team had to implement a temporary stop to non-UK numbers from being able to create an account or sign up with us to prevent fake accounts from being created. As you rightfully mentioned, our customer service team can provide a temporary UK number if needed, but we understand this can be time-consuming. We’re working on ways to improve the experience and make the process more efficient.

Doesn’t take international phone numbers
How amazing is it that the App nor website will take any version of my international phone number.
Surely a massive percentage of your business targets visitors. Think of all the potential lost revenue & customers that visit the UK from abroad.
