2) Guided 1:1 Treatment Sessions
• Our physiotherapists will guide you daily to ensure proper form while performing exercises
3) Weekly Progress Review
• Our senior will review your recovery every 5th session and update your exercise program
• Access your Home Exercise Program: Our senior physiotherapists also provide 4-5 exercise videos which you should practice in your free time
• Access your weekly progress summary as documented by your senior physiotherapist to track your recovery
• Reach out to your Care Manager for any help necessary with scheduling your treatment sessions, speaking with your physiotherapists, etc.
