A friend from church introduced me to this Z-App. I used it to help with severe physical and nerve pain. I used this regularly to deal with several health challenges. It is helpful, non invasive, and free. I have recommended it to several friends. I put my phone in a fanny pack and used tube type earbuds. Using this app while working, I get so much relief, I can continue my chores much easier. I highly recommend using it. Just be careful about the volume. Some frequencies my elderly ears do not hear so I make it a point to first adjust the bolume at a frequency thT I can hear so I don’t get blasted with a high volume on a frequency I cannot hear.

I found out the key to some of the things that I was experiencing was thyroid related dealing with arthritis. So I tried this because I know the benefits are frequency on the body from being a kinesiology major. The first night I used it. I woke up the next morning and was able to get out of bed with no pain whatsoever, my low back didn’t hurt my knees. Have been using it for a week now and I’m totally shocked at how much better I feel.

I’ve been playing with this app for about a week. I’m a healer and work with frequencies in my practices. This app is awesome!!!I only gave 3 stars because there are issues I would like addressed. I created a new frequency, but I can’t name it (to remember what its for), and I can’t move it to my list of faves in my sequences. There’s no instructions on using the app so maybe I am missing how to use this feature.Also when I play a sequence and it finishes, there is no back button to return me to my list of sequences which is totally inefficient. You have to start over hitting the menu button and navigate all the way back to where you were.

I love it! But it does freeze on the mycobacterial and mycoplasma frequencies. It gets to 769.6 and then freezes. Which is sad, because that’s one of the first frequencies. I wish it would go through all of them. I’ve tried several different phones (iPhone 11 and 13)And updated things. I can do it manually and write down each one in order and go through them but it still freezes and that’s time consuming. And it freezes on others when I take that one out of the sequence, so that’s not an option either.
