This app is clunky to use, not smooth. Change a page and you have to log in again. Messages don’t show up here either. The company is great,the app isn’t. The website is easier to use soI deleted the app
This app is a much better experience than a couple years ago. It’s more stable now. It’s not the most sophisticated in terms of look and feel but it’s pretty intuitive. Since I’m not on here daily it’s not a big deal. The main thing I don’t like is that it’s easier to go to the website to update my profile. I’d prefer that pet be easier to do without leaving the app.
Updated note: Zander should push the updated version to users. For some reason the most recent one didn’t come thru automatically. I only discovered it when I was reviewing my acct.
I enrolled in this program with a credit card because it was recommended by Dave Ramsey. But my maximum limit was close so I decided to cancel until I pay down my balance. These people never gave me my money back and only had it for an hour. Please don’t spend your money with this company. They are criminals. They take and keep money from people who don’t have even though services aren’t rendered. Please don’t waste your time nor invest with them.
Shows me all my alerts and shows notifications when necessary. Not sure why it’s rated so low.
The agents were super friendly, I got my identity theft through them and when I became a victim them really showed what I’m paying them for!
I had an unstable experience using this all along, but now it just crashes every time I try to open it on my phone. And to make matters worse, the website will force you to go through the app when using the browser on the phone.
Please either fix your app or just abandon it completely.

The app used to work fine about 6 months ago, now when it tries to open, it’ll act like you’re logging in and then crashes and closes.

When I open the app on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, it crashes and closes. It was fine before this issue.
