Zark Parking 4+

My apartment community was built too small, so parking has always been abysmal so they rolled out Zark which helped but the price keeps going up and up for honestly what should be free to residents. I get nothing extra but they charge more. Getting tired of this app and the constant price increases.

This app and the apartment complexes who use it for their parking situation are absolutely scamming you. It costs 35$ a week, not a month, a week to park in a spot. Also, if for some reason your spot becomes unavailable (yes, your spot is not guaranteed to you even if you paid for it) they will only give you a day to sort it out, then they tow your vehicle. If you call your apartment complex to figure out what happened to your vehicle, they will tell you they can’t help you and it’s on Zark’s end to deal with it. When you email Zark, they’re useless and don’t respond for at least a day or two. If you are thinking of leasing from an apartment using this app, be prepared to spend an additional 150$ on parking a month and expect to get your car towed a couple times, as they have no way of warning you if your vehicle is about to be towed and will pluck it from the lot without you knowing until you’re trying to drive to work on Monday morning.

It gets so old having to circle the lot waiting for someone to pull out of an open spot. Some nights I can spend 30+ minutes waiting. This app is super easy to use and just since downloading there has already been 3 updates with user improvements so it’s getting better constantly!
