This app and the apartment complexes who use it for their parking situation are absolutely scamming you. It costs 35$ a week, not a month, a week to park in a spot. Also, if for some reason your spot becomes unavailable (yes, your spot is not guaranteed to you even if you paid for it) they will only give you a day to sort it out, then they tow your vehicle. If you call your apartment complex to figure out what happened to your vehicle, they will tell you they can’t help you and it’s on Zark’s end to deal with it. When you email Zark, they’re useless and don’t respond for at least a day or two. If you are thinking of leasing from an apartment using this app, be prepared to spend an additional 150$ on parking a month and expect to get your car towed a couple times, as they have no way of warning you if your vehicle is about to be towed and will pluck it from the lot without you knowing until you’re trying to drive to work on Monday morning.

Kinda big waste of time. I wonder how much kick back my apartment complex is getting for something that doesn’t work. For a few months now this had been at my apartment complex. It hasn’t worked as advertised from day one. Reserved assigned parking spaces do not populate in the app for the owners. Which means, the whole just click and tow feature for someone occupying your spot doesn’t work. I’ve complained and have only heard they are working on it. ya, right, I won’t hold my breath.

It gets so old having to circle the lot waiting for someone to pull out of an open spot. Some nights I can spend 30+ minutes waiting. This app is super easy to use and just since downloading there has already been 3 updates with user improvements so it’s getting better constantly!

This app is almost useless for tenants who already have assigned parking with their lease. Nowhere in the app does it show your assigned parking spot. So in the event that someone steals your spot there is no way to report it. From what I’ve gathered this app is to reserve an extra spot for short durations and of course at a cost. Even that doesn’t make since the app doesn’t know where the tenants already have parking so how is it supposed to know which sports are free to reserve?
