The app is modeled after modern psychological research in motivation and behavior change, and replicates a therapeutic module called behavioral activation, taken from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also has elements of Valued Direction, which is a module taken from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Through a simple and engaging flow, the app helps you define what is important to you, and engage in what you find important but may find difficult to do on your own.

As a private user, you get full access to all functions via the free version but are limited to one active behavior at a time. You can also subscribe to the service for SEK 49/month to enable editing and planning multiple behaviors at the same time. Payment will be deducted from your card via your iTunes account once the purchase has been confirmed. The subscription will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renew in your iTunes account settings or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

For those users who want extra help, you can work with Zeeds together with a psychologist. You can match with a psychologist from within the app, to work with Zeeds in a treatment. But you can also get access to Zeeds by having it prescribed as homework during cognitive behavioral therapy, by your healthcare provider. The healthcare provider gives you information to log into your created account via Bank ID.
