Ratings and Reviews
Doesn’t stay connected
ZEPHYR PRODUCTS ARE BROKEN and they won’t fix them. They’ll send you a new board that also doesn’t work because the design is bad. These connected services were a waste of money for a Range Hood that can’t be replaced after installation. WiFi doesn’t stay connected on the device and even when the device is connected, services like Google Home will stop working with the app after two weeks which is a useless session time.
Terrible, frustrating, ridiculous app
After spending money on myself for hood, I could not believe that a product this beautiful and functional would need to be paired with an app that barely works. I have flashing lights on my hood that I can’t turn off because there’s no way to set up the app, hence, no way to pair it with the hood. This app is horrible. It really needs to be fixed or just trashed and start over because I do not recommend bothering to download it. It’s a waste of time.
It’s so convenient!
I’ve loved having the ability to remotely control my range good from my phone. It’s been great for turning off the fan remotely after I’ve already left the kitchen or even getting alerts for when it’s time to clean the filters!
