Terrible, frustrating, ridiculous app
After spending money on myself for hood, I could not believe that a product this beautiful and functional would need to be paired with an app that barely works. I have flashing lights on my hood that I can’t turn off because there’s no way to set up the app, hence, no way to pair it with the hood. This app is horrible. It really needs to be fixed or just trashed and start over because I do not recommend bothering to download it. It’s a waste of time.
Zephyr Venezia
The Zephyr Connect App is a huge disappointment! Has not been updated in 2 years. After researching online the proper way to connect my IPhone 14 to our recently installed 30 inch Zephyr Venezia, we have not been able to connect (with the bluetooth symbol flashing on the hood’s display) the app to the hood. Additionally, cannot select settings on the Zephyr connect app. will report back after I troubleshoot further with Zephyr tech support during normal weekday call in hours.
It’s so convenient!
I’ve loved having the ability to remotely control my range good from my phone. It’s been great for turning off the fan remotely after I’ve already left the kitchen or even getting alerts for when it’s time to clean the filters!
