One star for a nice idea

For the amount SubZero and Wolf appliances cost, it would be nice if they invested in some QA of what is a pretty basic app - this thing crashes on a regular basis. It’s also *really* annoying to have to hit “Skip” every time I start up the app to get past intro screens I’ve seen a hundred times - if there was a “don’t show this again” checkbox I’d check it enthusiastically.

In the most recent version, I launch the app only for it to tell me it’s “connecting” to my oven and fridge, before eventually timing out and blaming it on WiFi problems (even though I can see both appliances happily connected to my Eero system, and I still get notifications from the oven). If I go to the fridge in the app, tell it to remove the fridge, wait for it to fail to do that, force quit the app, and then relaunch, somehow everything works. I have to do this daily at the moment.

Does anyone test this, even once for the most basic use case? If so, please find another line of work.

Barely works

This app really doesn’t work. After much struggling to connect the the refrigerator and freezer to the app (sometimes requiring turning the breaker off and on), the next day the app has with forgotten about the appliances, or else know about the appliances but can’t connect.
And then when it actually is operating, it seems to have minimal utility: while you can see and change the temperature set point, there is no way to see what the temperature actually is or whether the refrigerator is actually working.
For the what I spent, I expect some quality that is not there.

Very Impressive

I’m seeing some very poor ratings here but I find this app works great with my Wolf Range. I can set the app to tell me when the oven gets to a preset temp, and if I’m using the probe it’ll do the same for any temp I want to monitor. I didn’t think that the Wi-Fi feature was worth waiting for - we ordered the range months in advance - until we started using it. I actually think it’s an pretty cool feature.
