Thank you so much for this simple beautiful and very useful tool!!! I find by fasting 6pm-8am my glucose levels are much lower in the mornings and I’m cutting my insulin use almost in half. And losing at least 1-3 pounds a week. Starting the day with an almost normal glucose encourages me to better watch and control my eating through the day. You’ve helped me realize that I can do this... I don’t have to give up and succumb to this disease that slowly but surely was taking over my life. Who would have thought that such a simple and easy tool would have made the biggest difference I’ve seen in the past 5 years fighting this enemy called diabetes.
Keep up the good work and thank you so much for not going the way the “other” easy fasting app of getting complicated and adding to much. I love this app, I hope others find it as helpful as I do.

Great fasting app. :)

The best of its kind so far. I would love the have the feature of a widget that I can add to the home screen. So I can just tap to start or end a fast. This would be way more convenient and intuitive than opening the app and do it. Reducing one step seems not much but considering a lot of people will be using it daily, it makes quite a large difference. Thank you developer for creating such an awesome app for fasters!

Perfect. Just what I was looking for.

I love this app. It's really easy to use, and there are no bells and whistles. It just tracks your IF time. I would recommend one feature though. I love that the app sends a push notification when you have completed your fasting goal. But I would love it more if it sent a notification when I have completed my eating window as well. Thanks for making a great and simple app!

Thank you for review. You can set notification for the time you want to start fasting, but we could also add a specific eating window notification.
