Got this thing off Facebook. First mistake. It came in mail about 6 weeks later, after I had forgotten about it. Directions are in Chinese and so small you can’t read without a magnifying glass. It appears that you have to put a SIM card in it and probably add it to your cell phone account for monthly billing. No start up nstructions as to what you really need to do to get this up and running. I gave up.

The unit works fine. The power cord is to charge unit, but it won’t power on until a SIM card is inserted. NO…you don’t have to attach a SIM to your phone service as many comments state. You can pay $5 or $10 on eBay and get one at a random service provider. It’s a DATA only SIM.
You can pay minimum charge and refill it if you need more data. That simple.. If you can’t read the instructions, try to look it up online. In regards to the app, your phone should pop up and give you option to translate (iPhone). It may not translate complete app, but I’m not complaining. For what it’s doing for me for the low cost, I can put up with a little inconvenience.

First of all, the charger cord that came with the device started smoking while charging so I’m not even sure I’ll be able to use it once. You have to have an account to even send an email to app support but the information provided to create account and login is not working. So who do I contact and how do I contact anyone who can help with this issue?
