ZOCCAM uses mobile remote deposit capture to send funds and documents to the escrow agent.
Little things will make a big difference. In this update we made an enhancement here and there, a few changes to the Z-check and the drop-down menu now lets you disable your account.

Worked however not the way I wanted
Was able to make a payment using the paper check option however was unable to use link to bank option. While I was able to get to my bank’s sign in screen, there was no means to acknowledge or get past the splash screen in order to get to the login. While I was able to shift to the system browser, it didn’t connect back to the app.
TL;DR the paper check works the e-link doesn’t. At least not for me.

This app is one of the clunkiest and least user friendly of any app I have ever used. And I have hundreds of apps that I use on my phone.
First, registration has a big flaw. I had to repeatedly start and restart registration before I could get the app to accept my password. It seemed to freeze - finally it literally hiccuped and moved on.
Second, there are no clear instructions with the app regarding the requirements for a check. Not even a warning that states the check must be filled out to your title company. I am from the old school where we used to send in blank, voided checks so the financial institution or seller could capture the correct scan line. That’s what I did- not realizing the app needed a completed check.
Finally, I had to restart the entire process again this morning, as the app failed to save any of my information when it notified me that I had to submit a completed check this morning.
What a mess! Give Bonzo a banana and hire a real human to write your instructions!
This the worst and most frustrating app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Processing a simple earnest money transaction took upward of 3 hours and multiple attempts with constant crashing and timeouts, retyping information over and over, and getting nonsensical error messages. In the span of one transaction, I got errors about a duplicate account (no), an insufficient balance (false), and an error reading the image of an electronic check generated by the app (y’all made the image???) I finally beat the system by writing out a paper check and taking a photo of it, totally defeating the purpose of the API connection to my bank account, and even the interface to take the photo was comically difficult to use. I left a voicemail with the support line that will maybe get answered in 3-5 business years. Next time I think I’ll just send a check by mail, because the postal service would likely be faster and less aggravating than this was.
